2. These Terms

These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases of physical products made through cellsync.co.uk. They form the legally binding contract between you and CellSync Limited for the sale and purchase of goods.

Read alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, both available at cellsync.co.uk.

By placing an order you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Eligibility

To purchase from CellSync you must be at least 18 years old, be a resident of the United Kingdom or a country to which we deliver, provide accurate billing and delivery information, and use a valid payment method.

4. Products

4.1 Product descriptions

We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions are accurate. Images are illustrative only and colours may vary. Packaging and formulations may be updated.

4.2 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We will notify you if a product is out of stock and offer an alternative or full refund.

4.3 Skincare products — important notice

Our skincare products are cosmetic products for external use only. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition. Always read the full ingredient list before use. Discontinue use and consult a medical professional if irritation occurs.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1 Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

5.2 Pricing errors

In the event of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will notify you and give you the option to reorder at the correct price.

5.3 Payment

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments. CellSync Limited does not store, access, or process your full payment card details.

5.4 Promotional codes

Promotional codes are single-use per customer, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and cannot be applied retrospectively.

6. Ordering

6.1 How to place an order

By clicking "Place Order" at checkout, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket at the prices shown.

6.2 Order confirmation

Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but is not an acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation.

6.3 Right to refuse

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, where a product is out of stock, or where a pricing error has occurred.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery areas

We currently deliver to UK addresses. International delivery may be available — check the website at time of ordering. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

7.2 Delivery timeframes

Estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed. Standard delivery: 3–5 working days. Express delivery: 1–2 working days. Free delivery on qualifying orders — threshold shown on site.

7.3 Delivery liability

Risk passes to you on delivery. If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7.4 Failed delivery

If delivery fails, the carrier will leave redelivery instructions. If a parcel is returned following multiple failed attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional charges may apply.

7.5 International orders

You are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes applied by the destination country.

8. Returns and Refunds

8.1 Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Contact us at support@cellsync.co.uk with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have 14 further days to return the goods.

8.2 Condition of returned goods

Skincare products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Devices must be in original packaging with all accessories. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

8.3 How to return

Contact support@cellsync.co.uk to initiate a return. You are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a tracked service.

8.4 Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and include the original standard delivery charge.

8.5 Faulty or incorrect products

Contact us within 30 days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the issue. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

9. Subscriptions and Auto-Replenishment

Where subscription services are offered: You will be notified of each upcoming charge at least 7 days in advance. You may cancel at any time before the next billing date. Subscription prices may change with at least 30 days notice. We may discontinue subscription products with at least 30 days notice.

10. Our Liability

10.1 What we do not exclude

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10.2 Limitation

Our total liability shall not exceed the total price paid by you for the relevant order.

10.3 Product use

We are not liable for adverse reactions where products are used in accordance with their instructions. You are responsible for checking the ingredient list against known allergies.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is owned by or licenced to CellSync Limited and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or use any content without our prior written permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to These Terms

The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at support@cellsync.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. Details of ADR providers are available from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute at ctsi.org.uk.
