Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Start at Level 1 and build up only if your skin is comfortable. If you experience persistent redness, swelling or irritation, stop and seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

How often should I use it?

CELA builds the cadence around your own scan. As a general rule, space device sessions across the week rather than stacking them on consecutive evenings.

Do I need to use it with your skincare?

No. It works on its own — but CELA sequences the sessions around whatever skincare you already use, and our formulations are designed for exactly that.

What's the warranty?

One year on the device, six months on the battery. Lucenia devices are manufactured in Korea by BTB Korea Co., Ltd and distributed in the UK exclusively by CellSync Limited.
